Fr. Chelo Dhebbi, O. Carm., a member of the Provincial
Commissariat of the D.R. Congo (Italian Province) defended his doctoral thesis
on March 11, 2005 at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
The title of his thesis is "The Eradication of Poverty in the Province of
Kinshasa: Work of the State and/or Private Actions?"
