57° Congresso annuale delle Organizzazioni Non Governative (NGO)
Sette membri della famiglia carmelitana stanno partecipando attualmente al 57° Congresso annuale delle Organizzazioni Non Governative (NGO) associate al Dipartimento della Pubblica Informazione (DPI) delle Nazioni Unite a New York. Il tema del Congresso è: "Obiettivi di sviluppo del millennio: La società civile in azione"; questo Congresso decorre dall'8 al 10 settembre 2004.

57ª conferencia anual de las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales (ONG)
Siete miembros de la Familia Carmelita asisten en estos días a la 57ª conferencia anual de las Organizaciones No Gubernamentales ( ONG) asociadas con el Departamento de Información Pública (DPI) en las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York. El tema de la conferencia es: “Objetivos del desarrollo del milenio: la sociedad civil toma medidas” y tiene lugar del 8 – 10 de septiembre, 2004.
La Familia Carmelita fue reconocida como ONG ante las Naciones Unidas en diciembre de 2001.

57th annual conference of the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Seven members of the Carmelite Family are attending the 57th annual conference of the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) associated with the Department of Public Information (DPI) at the United Nations in New York. The theme of the conference is “Millennium Development Goals: Civil Society Takes Action”
The Carmelite Family received accreditation to the United Nations as an NGO in December 2001.
