◄	SIX YEAR PLAN GOALS

	◊ While each Councilor has his own field of work, the General Council wishes to work as a team.

	◊ In the exercise of authority the General Council will seek to promote subsidiarity and sharing.

	◊ The General Council will appoint an ad hoc commission to study the structures of the central government. This commission will present its proposals to the next General Congregation in 2005 (Proposal approved by the General Council).

	*◊ The General Council will appoint a commission to formulate an Instrumentum Laboris* in preparation for the General Chapter of 2007.**
