Framework of the Council of Provinces
in the 1995 Constitutions

The Council of Provinces is a consultative organ established for the
purpose of:
a) ensuring greater participation of the Provinces in the central
government of the Order;
b) monitoring trends and needs within the Order, with a view to
providing orientations to the Prior General and to his Council;
c) contributing to an evaluation of the development of the Order, on the
basis of written reports presented by the members of the General
Council.

The Council of Provinces consists of the following members:
a) the Prior General;
b) the members of the General Council;
c) the Priors Provincial;
d) the General Commissaries;
e) the Provincial Commissaries;
f) the Presidents of the Regions;
g) the Superiors of the General Delegations.

El Consejo de las Provincias es el órgano
consultivo que:
a) sirve para dar mayor participación a
las Provincias en el gobierno central de la Orden;
b) estudia las tendencias y necesidades de la Orden, con el fin de ofrecer
orientación al Prior General y a su Consejo;
c) ayuda a evaluar el crecimiento producido en la Orden, sobre la base de
las relaciones escritas presentadas por los miembros de Consejo General.

El Consejo de las Provincias esta compuesto por:
a) el Prior General,
b) los miembros del Consejo General,
c) los Priores Provinciales,
d) los Comisarios Generales,
e) los Comisarios Provinciales,
f) el Presidente de cada Región,
g) los Superiores de las Delegaciones Generales.

dell'Ordine;
b) studia le tendenze e le necessitŕ
dell'Ordine al fine di offrire un orientamento al Priore generale ed al
suo Consiglio;
c) aiuta a valutare la crescita accenuta nell'Ordine, sulla base delle
relazioni scritte presentate dai membri del Consiglio generale.
