Alla Audienza
Generale di mercoledì 1 agosto 2003, nel Palazzo Apsotolico di
Castel Gandolfo, dopo aver pronunciato la catechesi in italiano,
il Papa Giovanni Paolo II ha rivolto particolari spressioni di
saluti ai numerosi gruppi di pellegrini presenti. Ha rivolto un
cordiale saluto alle Suore Carmelitane Missionarie di Santa Teresa
di Gesù Bambino (Santa Marinella) che stanno celebrando in questi
giorni il Capitolo Generale.
I lavori del
XII Capitolo Generale delle Suore Carmelitane Missionarie di S.
Teresa de Gesús Bambino sono iniziati il 6 agosto 2003 e si
concluderà il 21 agosto 2003. "Fraternità e autorità al
servizio della missione: proteggiamo insieme come far rifiorire il
Carmelo oggi” è il tema del Capitolo che è moderato da
Mons. Filippo Iannone, O.Carm., Vescovo ausiliare di Napoli,
presente anche all’Audienza del Papa.

II, después de haber pronunciado la catequesis en la Audiencia
General del 13 de agosto de 2003 en Castelgandolfo, ha
dirigido saludos especiales a los numerosos peregrinos
presentes. Ha dirigido un saludo cordial a las Hermanas
Carmelitas Misioneras de Santa Teresa del Niño Jesús que están
celebrando el Capítulo General durante estos días.

Capítulo General de las Hermanas
Carmelitas Misioneras de Santa Teresa del Niño Jesús comenzaron
el 6 de agosto y terminarán el 21 de agosto 2003.
“Fraternidad y autoridad al
servicio de la misión: preyectemos juntas cómo hacer florecer el
Carmelo hoy”, es el
tema del Capítulo que está siendo moderado por Mons. Filippo
Iannone, O.Carm., Obispo auxiliar de Nápoles y presente también
en la Audiencia del Papa.

Pope John Paul II, after his usual
teaching at the August 13, 2003 General
Audience in Castelgandolfo, directed
particular greetings to the many pilgrims
who were present. He made special mention
of the Carmelite Missionary Sisters of St
Therese of the Child Jesus who were
celebrating their General Chapter at the
time and who were present in the audience.
The
work of the 12th General Chapter of the
Sitsters began on August 6 and finished on
August 21. "Fraternity and Leadership at
the Service of the Mission: Guarding
Together How Carmel Can Flower Again
Today" was the theme of the Chapter. The
moderator was Bishop Filippo Iannone, O.
Carm., Auxiliary Bishop of Naples. He was
also present at the papal audience.
