IL PRIORE GENERALE FA DELLE NOMINE PER IL CISA E PER DELEGATO PER LA CULTURA
Il Priore Generale, P. Joseph Chalmers, O.Carm., annunciò
che il P. Mark Attard, O.Carm., che ha già servito la comunità al Centro
Internazionale Sant’Alberto (CISA) per sei anni come priore, è stato rinominato
per altri tre anni. Il Priore Generale annunciò anche che il P. Mark avrà la
responsabilità di “Delegato per la Cultura”. Come Delegato sarà responsabile per
incoraggiare gli studi superiori ed una visione accademica più forte nell’Ordine.
Il Priore Generale annunciò anche che il P.Antonio Ruiz, O.Carm., il presente direttore delle Edizioni Carmelitane, ritornerà nella propria Provincia per prendervi un nuovo apostolato. Il P. Antonio ha servito la comunità del CISA come priore, economo, amministratore dell’Institutum Carmelitanum, membro dell’equipe di Formazione Permanente, e direttore delle Edizioni sin dall’inizio.
Il Priore Generale annunciò questi cambiamenti alla comunità di CISA dopo la celebrazione dell’Eucaristia per la chiusura dell’anno accademico a Roma il 1 giugno 2002.

EL PRIOR GENERAL COMUNICA LOS NOMBRAMIENTOS PARA IL CISA Y DEL DELEGADO PARA LA CULTURA
El Prior General, P. Joseph Chalmers, O.Carm. ha anunciado
que el P. Mark Attard, O.Carm. que ha desarrollado durante seis años la función
de Prior en la Comunidad del Centro Internacional de San Alberto (CISA), ha sido
confirmado en este cargo para otro período de tres años. El P. General también ha anunciado que el P. Mark Attard
ocupará el cargo de "Delegado para la Cultura". Como Delegado deberá fomentar
los estudios superiores en la Orden, así como, crear una cierta sensibilidad
cultural en el seno de la misma.
También ha anunciado el Prior General que el P. Antonio Ruiz, O.Carm. actualmente encargado de las Edizioni Carmelitane volverá de nuevo a su Provincia para desarrollar otros trabajos. El P. Antonio ha ocupado diversos cargos a lo largo de su permanencia en el CISA: Prior, Ecónomo, Administrador del Institutum Carmelitanum, miembro del Equipo de Formación permanente y encargado de las Edizioni desde su fundación.
Estos anuncios han sido hechos públicos por el Prior General a la comunidad del CISA, tras la eucaristía de acción de Gracias por la conclusión del Curso Académico celebrada en Roma el 1 de junio.

THE PRIOR GENERAL MAKES
ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING CISA AND APPOINTS A DELEGATE FOR CULTURE
The Prior General,
Joseph Chalmers, O. Carm., announced that Fr. Mark Attard, O. Carm., completing
six years of service as prior of the community of the St. Albert International
Center (CISA) is being reappointed for a three year term. He also
announced that Fr. Mark would have the additional responsibility of "Delegate
for Culture." As Delegate, he will be responsible for encouraging advanced
studies and creating a climate of scholarship in the Order.
The Prior General also announced that Fr. Antonio Ruiz, O. Carm., currently the director of Edizioni Carmelitane, has been asked by his Province to accept a new ministry there. Fr. Antonio has served the CISA community as prior, treasurer, administrator of the Institutum Carmelitanum, member of the Permanent Formation team, as well as the director of Edizioni from its inception.
These announcements were made by the Prior General to the CISA community
following the Eucharistic celebration for the close of the academic year in Rome
on June 1, 2002.
